Iranian movie to be screened in int'l festivals
Iranian short film 'Friend's Place, Enemy's place' (Jaye Doost, Jaye Doshman) will be screened in six international film festivals.
Directed by Elham Hosseinzadeh, the film depicts 'Zebel' the monkey, which is the only source of income for his master who abuses him. One day he finds out that the master is dead.
The films will be screened in Montreal, India, South Korea, Spain, Argentina.
Elham Hosseinzadeh has an MA in Social Communication. She started her career as a journalist with famous Iranian newspapers.
She has done numerous researches on social issues as professor of journalism.
She has made several commercial films and collaborated with many directors for making documentaries and short films.
"Silent Companion" her first short film was very successful and took part in many festivals, and was acclaimed world wide.
